I.C.T Ensures Strict Machine Testing Before Delivery

Before every machine leaves the I.C.T factory, it must pass a complete quality control and testing process. For I.C.T, delivery is not only about shipping equipment on time. More importantly, it is about making sure each machine can run stably when it arrives at the Customer’s factory. From SMT machines to DIP equipment, Coating Machine systems, PCB handling machines, inspection equipment, and other intelligent production solutions, I.C.T follows strict inspection standards before arranging shipment.

During the pre-delivery stage, I.C.T engineers check the machine structure, electrical system, air supply system, software settings, safety functions, and basic operation status. Each machine is powered on and tested under real working conditions. Engineers confirm whether the conveyor runs smoothly, whether the sensors respond correctly, whether the control system is stable, and whether all key parameters meet the delivery requirements. For a Coating Machine, the inspection may include valve movement, coating path accuracy, conveyor transfer, program operation, curing connection, and overall line matching. These checks help reduce installation risks and make the production start-up smoother.

In addition to single-machine testing, I.C.T also carries out line connection tests when the equipment belongs to a complete production line. Machines are connected and tested together to confirm PCB transfer, signal communication, production flow, and operation logic. If any abnormal point is found, the engineering team adjusts and retests it before packing. This “test first, ship later” process helps Customers save time after receiving the equipment and gives them more confidence when preparing for production.

After testing is completed, I.C.T records the machine status and arranges careful cleaning, protection, packing, and loading. The goal is simple: when Customers receive I.C.T equipment, the machines are ready for installation, training, and fast production start-up. Quality control before delivery is a small step inside the factory, but it makes a big difference for Customers on site.
