I.C.T continues to strengthen its global technical support network by providing professional training for our India partner ETA International Pte and their local Customer. Recently, I.C.T engineer Tony conducted comprehensive training sessions in India, focusing on advanced inspection and automation equipment from the project.
During the training, Tony provided detailed guidance on several key systems, including the 3D AOI AI-5146-3D, DIP AOI AI-4026L, SPI S510, conformal coating machine T550 with CCD vision system, and the newly added laser marking machine I.C.T-510. The training covered equipment operation, parameter setup, process optimization, and daily maintenance, helping the local technical team better understand machine functions and provide stronger support for production applications.
As part of the project, I.C.T also introduced the application advantages of intelligent inspection solutions, including high-precision PCB defect detection through 3D AOI, solder paste quality monitoring with SPI, and automated product traceability through laser marking technology. These solutions help electronics manufacturers improve production efficiency, quality control, and manufacturing consistency.
In addition to new equipment training, I.C.T also arranged after-sales support for the existing DIP AOI AI-4540 system by providing replacement sensor components. This reflects I.C.T’s commitment to supporting customers throughout the entire equipment lifecycle, from initial installation and training to long-term maintenance and service.
Through close cooperation with ETA International Pte and professional on-site technical support, I.C.T continues to enhance service capabilities in the Indian market.
