I.C.T 30 Units of SMT Conveyors Arrived: Bulk Order Moving Into Final Inspection and Aging

Another bulk order is taking shape at I.C.T. This week, 30 units of SMT conveyors ordered by one of our customers arrived at our factory and were arranged neatly in the workshop, ready for the next stage. All inspection sheets have been printed, and each unit will go through a strict routine: incoming inspection, power-on testing, and a full aging test before packing and shipment.

A conveyor looks simple, but on a real SMT line it decides whether boards flow smoothly between machines. That is why every unit is checked against the same standard: stable rail width adjustment, reliable speed control, smooth board transfer, and solid build quality. Only after hours of continuous aging without any fault will a unit be approved for shipment.

For customers, a bulk order like this is more than a number. It reflects trust built through previous cooperation and confidence in I.C.T's manufacturing capacity.
