Recently, one of I.C.T customers visited our factory for a pre-delivery Factory Acceptance Inspection of their PCBA production equipment. The purpose of the visit was not only to inspect the machines before shipment, but also to verify whether the complete production solution could meet the customer’s actual manufacturing requirements under real production conditions.
During the acceptance process, the customer proposed several new requirements based on their latest production plans. Compared with the original PCBA solution, the upgraded requirements were significantly more demanding, especially in terms of production throughput and product quality. The customer set clear targets for how many PCB must be completed per hour while also requiring stable process performance and consistent production quality. This meant that simply confirming individual machine functions was not enough—the entire production process had to be tested and optimized as a complete system.
To meet these requirements, I.C.T quickly coordinated resources across different departments. In addition to our engineering team, members of the sales department also joined the production process to support manual DIP component insertion and help accelerate the verification of actual production capacity. Every day, I.C.T engineers hold technical meetings with the customer to review production results, discuss issues found during testing, and adjust process details accordingly. The customer has also been actively involved in the verification process, providing valuable feedback that helps both teams further improve the production workflow.
This close cooperation allows the project to move beyond traditional equipment acceptance. Through continuous testing, data review, process adjustment, and repeated production verification, the complete PCBA production solution is being optimized around the customer’s real products, required hourly output, and quality standards.
I.C.T expects to complete all acceptance and delivery requirements this week. For us, successful delivery is not simply about shipping machines—it is about ensuring that the production solution can achieve the customer’s expected capacity and quality before the equipment leaves our factory. This project once again demonstrates I.C.T’s ability to respond quickly to changing production requirements and provide practical, customer-oriented PCBA manufacturing solutions.
