Mexican Engineers Continue Hands-On Training at Our Factory

Our two engineering colleagues from Mexico are continuing their intensive training program at our factory, gaining valuable hands-on experience with a wide range of equipment and production technologies.

As part of the training plan, they are receiving systematic instruction on different machines and production processes used in our factory. Through a combination of technical explanations, machine operation, troubleshooting practice, and real production experience, they are steadily building a deeper understanding of our equipment and manufacturing solutions.

As shown in today’s photos, the two engineers are currently learning how to operate and maintain our conformal coating machine. This training allows them to become familiar with the machine’s working principles, operating procedures, process requirements, and daily maintenance.

Previously, a complete DIP production line for the Mexican market was also undergoing production and testing at our factory. This provided them with an excellent opportunity to participate in the installation, commissioning, operation, and technical practice of an entire production line. The real project environment has given them valuable practical experience that goes beyond classroom-based training.

These training activities are an important part of our commitment to strengthening local technical support in Mexico. After completing their training, the two engineers will focus on serving our customers in the Mexican market, providing professional technical support, equipment service, installation assistance, and after-sales support.

By combining our factory’s technical expertise with a strong local engineering team, we aim to provide Mexican customers with faster, more efficient, and more reliable service.
