I.C.T is preparing for the next stage of a DIP production line project for one of our customers in Mexico. The customer purchased several DIP production lines from I.C.T, and the equipment is now being completed step by step in our factory. Next month, we will begin the FAT testing process to verify line performance, production stability, and product quality before shipment.
At this stage, several machines have already been produced, and the remaining equipment is moving forward according to the production schedule. After production is completed, our engineering team will begin line setup, equipment connection, process adjustment, and full-line commissioning. This preparation is an important part of ensuring that the complete DIP production lines can meet the customer’s real manufacturing requirements, not just standard machine specifications.
This project also benefits from our previous FAT experience with the same customer last year. During that FAT process, both teams built a strong understanding of the customer’s product requirements, production standards, inspection methods, and acceptance procedures. Because of that experience, we believe this upcoming FAT will be more efficient, better organized, and faster to complete.
For the upcoming FAT, the customer is expected to send a large quantity of PCB boards and components to I.C.T again. The goal is clear: produce qualified products within the required time frame and prove that the DIP production lines can meet the customer’s quality and capacity standards before delivery.
Unlike a simple machine test, this FAT will simulate real production conditions. Our team will verify each key process, including board handling, insertion-related workflow, soldering performance, inspection results, and final product quality. By testing with the customer’s actual PCB and components, I.C.T can help reduce uncertainty after installation and support a smoother transition to mass production at the customer’s factory.
I.C.T has always focused on providing practical, production-ready solutions for global electronics manufacturers. From SMT production lines to DIP lines, coating lines, and supporting equipment, our goal is to help customers build stable, efficient, and scalable manufacturing systems.
As the Mexico DIP production line project moves into the FAT preparation stage, I.C.T will continue to follow a strict engineering process, from machine completion and line setup to debugging, production testing, and final acceptance. We look forward to completing the FAT successfully and helping our customer move one step closer to reliable production.
