On June 18, 2025, we were honoured to welcome a delegation from a leading Saudi Arabian R&D and OEM electronics company to the headquarters of I.C.T. The team included the company's owner, a senior engineer and the business manager.
This customer is known as one of the top companies in Saudi Arabia focusing on high-tech electronic systems development and OEM manufacturing. Their product range includes wireless communication modules, power supply units, and precision measurement boards, which are widely used in industrial, aerospace, and defence-grade applications.
Earlier this year, they placed a major order with I.C.T for three complete production lines, including:
The purpose of their visit was to inspect the machines before shipment and to better understand how the equipment will operate in their own facility.
Upon arrival, the delegation was warmly welcomed by the I.C.T team. We began the visit with a guided tour of our production workshop, giving the visitors a clear view of how each machine is manufactured, assembled and tested.
Our technical team introduced the full configuration of the three production lines and explained how each part of the system will help improve efficiency, product quality, and automation at their factory.
During the visit, the customer team conducted a thorough inspection of all machines. With the assistance of our engineers, they reviewed the full structure and function of each piece of equipment and discussed its future application in their production.
The customer's engineer personally interacted with the machines and asked detailed technical questions. Our team demonstrated how each machine operates and answered every inquiry patiently and professionally.
The Saudi team showed great satisfaction with the machine's quality and I.C.T technical know-how. They expressed confidence in how the system will support their future production goals.
The inspection began with the SMT production line, where the customer observed the entire workflow—from stencil printing and component placement to reflow soldering and AOI testing. Our team explained how the SMT process can help the customer enhance the precision and efficiency of their wireless module production.

Next, attention turned to the DIP insertion line, equipped with intelligent auto-insertion machines and wave soldering equipment. The customer reviewed the configurations in detail, asking insightful questions about the adaptability of the line to various power supply board formats and production volumes.

Lastly, the conformal coating line was inspected, highlighting I.C.T selective coating technology and curing systems. Our engineers demonstrated how the coating process protects sensitive circuits in measurement boards used in challenging environments such as defense and aerospace.
This visit gave us the chance to show more than just our machines—it was a great opportunity to present our team's strength, our engineering support capability, and our service standards.
