Alibaba PK Competition Successfully Concluded

The Ali PK competition held in March concluded successfully with a total sales of 24,279,908.96 yuan. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our partners, as well as new and old customers, for their support and trust.


Sales amount


The PK competition held by Alibaba is one of the annual large-scale promotional events in the e-commerce industry, attracting a large number of consumers and merchants to participate. The PK competition is a sales competition between different teams or companies. Its purpose is to motivate sales teams to improve their sales performance and achieve better results.

As usual, I.C.T participates in this event every March, which is also the biggest promotion of the year for our company. We selected one company out of 30 companies as our opponent in the PK competition, and we achieved a phase victory in this competition. Next, let's take a look back at I.C.T's March.


Before the PK competition in March, Alibaba gathered sales teams from 30 companies, including I.C.T. Each salesperson set their sales target for the month and did their best to achieve it. The purpose of this competition is to stimulate the competitive spirit of salespeople, drive the company's sales performance.

In the PK competition, every order is crucial as it represents not only a business but also the trust and recognition of our customers. In this fiercely competitive environment, we must maintain a high level of professionalism and service consciousness to win customers' trust and support.


On March 1st, the PK competition officially kicked off, and on that day we received orders from three customers. This was a great start and gave our entire team confidence.

Salespeople need to proactively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide targeted solutions. The technical support department should promptly respond to customers' technical issues and provide professional technical support services. The PK competition is a process of full participation and joint efforts. It is not only salespeople, but also all service departments such as technical support, procurement, finance, and marketing, who will provide comprehensive support to customers in a timely manner to ensure that they can confidently place orders with us.


New Business Partner in Zimbabwe

We have a new customer in Zimbabwe who is planning to invest in a new SMT production line for aerospace projects. Through gradual communication, the customer has come to trust our team's professionalism and capabilities. Based on this trust and recognition, as well as the promotional offers in March, the customer was very supportive of our team's participation in the PK competition with other companies. And the customer quickly placed an order for a fully automatic production line with a total amount of 172,900 USD. The main equipment of the fully automatic production line includes a Full-auto SMT Stencil Printer I.C.T-4034, SMTChip Mounter, Reflow Soldering Oven, PCB Cutter, SMT Feeder, and SMT PCB Handling Machine.


Longtime Business Partner in America
This customer started working with I.C.T in 2022 when they purchased a YAMAHA Pick& Place Machine from us. In March 2023, they continued their partnership with us by ordering two  more YAMAHA Pick& Place Machine, with a total order amount of 135,400 USD. We appreciate the customer's trust and support in I.C.T.


New Business Partner in Uruguay
Our new customer in Uruguay has invested in a new factory, and based on our good reputation and professional SMT solution in the industry, they have chosen us as their SMT equipment supplier. The total amount of the order is $504,530 for a fully automated production line with comprehensive equipment, including both SMT and DIP production line equipment.


The SMT production line equipment includes SMT handling equipment, Full-auto Solder Paste Printer, SMT Pick and Place Machine, Lyra series Reflow Oven, PCB Cooling Buffer, Online 2D SMT AOI, High-end Reject Conveyor, 90-degree PCB Unloader. This allows the production line to achieve high efficiency and automation. The DIP line equipment includes Automatic Insertion Line, Wave Soldering Machine, Wave Loader and Unloader, which effectively complement the entire production process and further improve production efficiency and quality.
During discussions with the I.C.T team, this partner considered future development and chose a fully automated production line, demonstrating their confidence and determination in the future. We are delighted to establish a successful partnership with our new partner in Uruguay, and we hope that our company can provide high-quality services to achieve a win-win situation. We will continue to provide high-quality services and work towards mutual success.


New Business Partner in Russian

After comparing several of our peers, the client chose us and stated that our response to technical inquiries was very timely and professional. This Russian customer invested in a fully automatic JUKI SMT production line under our professional guidance and SMT solution for producing power products, with a total order amount of RMB 2,966,400. The main equipment of this order is very comprehensive and can provide complete support for customer production. The JUKI Pick and Place Machine RS-1 and Lyra 733 Reflow Oven are excellent equipment choices that can ensure high-precision and high-efficiency production. Additionally, this production line includes fully automatic PCB Printer, PCB Cleaning Machine, Online 2D SMT AOI, and other equipment that can improve the stability and quality control of the entire production process, providing a better experience for the customer.



We received tremendous support from too many customers in March, and we are very grateful. We will continue to provide professional services and high-quality products to our customers, hoping to establish long-term cooperative relationships with more customers in the future.

I.C.T-Thrid-Week-of-Ali-Sales-Competition


Throughout the entire month of March, our company was filled with both tension and joy. Whenever a salesperson secured a new order, we held a small lottery event to recognize their efforts and achievements. The lottery prizes included small gifts and some cash. Of course, we didn't limit participation to just the sales department; employees from other departments were also welcome to join in the lottery to demonstrate the unity and cooperative spirit of our company.

Despite being very busy in March, we also took some time to relax. For example, on weekends, we organized outings to nearby parks where we could unwind and have some fun playing games, flying kites, taking photos, and more. This allowed us to fully engage and recharge for the following week's work. We believe that relaxation and entertainment are also important elements in driving the growth and development of our company.
